Brochure, folded in four roadmap-style, unfolds into a 16-1/2 x 10-1/2 inch folio, black type on light blue paper, of six pages (one sheet pasted in) containing details of the estate and conditions of sale, with a map of the property laid in. Handwritten notations in ink in the margins of p. 3, apparently of bidders and bids. The map is printed on a 20 x 27-inch sheet (unfolded dimensions) with the lots for bid printed in colors. There is some staining, chipping and small tears at the bottom of the brochure; overall it is Very Good. The map is Fine. Item #59-4213
