German Rossette.
Late 20th cent. This style of papercut was created at Shevuot, the holiday of the harvest. Known as the "Royseleke" its round form resembling a rosette of flower. The two headed eagle is a traditional symbol of guardianship. Red and yellow colored, matted print, 14"x14".
