Promotional piece from Standard Rate and Data Service direct mail company, consisting of introductory letter and broadside reproducing the original text of Benjamin Franklin's 1753 instructions to colonial postmasters. Printed on imitation parchment paper in sepia ink. Letter printed on one 17 x 11 inch sheet folded once to make a four-page folder. Printed on pages 1 and 3. Reproduction on 14 x 22 inch sheet printed recto only. Letter has been folded twice horizontally; broadside has been folded five times horizontally and once vertically. Very Good.
