This edition of the tragedy by Shakespeare was printed by the Imprimerie Nationale in Paris in 1958. The book was published by Editions Verve. The twenty etchings by Gromaire, which were added to this book, were printed by Raymond Haasen. The edition consisted of one hundred and eighty examples on velin de Rives paper, the first sixty of these containing an additional suite of all the etchings, of which this is one of the first 60.
