Written on Gerald Ford's first day in office, the letter states the policy for handling President Richard Nixon's files. Extremely Scarce.

Provenance - Jim Warlick, a collector of political memorabilia, and the owner of White House Gifts, a souvenir store in Washington D.C., located across from the White House. Item #70-0746
